Terms and Conditions
1. The agreement is entered into a period of 1 month. The agreement is tacitly continued each time for a period of 1 month subject to written cancellation in the 3rd week by each of the parties.
2. In the event of cancellation (or long-term interruption), Rondjevoorjehondje cannot guarantee that a place will be available in the future if you wish to use our services again.
3. The fee for walking must be paid in cash/bank in the first week of the new month.
4. Rondjevoorjehondje cannot be regarded as the owner of the dog. Rondjevoorhondje is authorized to walk the dog by signing the agreement.
5. Rondjevoorjehondje reserves the right to refuse a dog in advance if it believes that it may cause problems or danger to other dogs in it's care or to the person self. If the dog develops a behavior that makes the animal unsuitable for walking in a group, Rondjevoorjehondje can terminate the agreement with immediate effect without settlement of the costs.
6. Your dog must be included in your own liability insurance. According to the law, the owner of the dog is always liable for the damage caused by the dog. Rondjevoorhondje is not liable for damage (direct or indirectly). This includes damage to third parties, damage caused by the dogs themselves or damage indoors.
7. Rondjevoorjehondje only accepts dogs that have valid vaccination papers. (cocktail and kennel cough). Any liability for contamination, illness or death of the dog while walking, or with a cause that can be traced back to the time of walking, is rejected. If it appears that the dog is ill, the dog will not be taken.
8. Female-Dogs in heat are not let out during heat.
9. Rondjevoorjehondje will try as much as possible to prevent injury to the dog while walking and will provide first aid where necessary. Owner authorizes Rondjevoorjehondje to provide medical care at owner's expense if this is necessary as a result of an event during the walk. If it appears that an important intervention is necessary, you will be contacted first. The costs of medical care, provided to a person other than your dog, will also be recovered from you if your dog has caused damage.
10. Rondjevoorjehondje is not liable for damage if it is unable to comply with the agreement due to unforeseeable circumstances, such as: weather conditions, family circumstances, illness of (staff) Rondjevoorjehondje.
11. Owner accepts that the dog can be "dirty or wet" after the walk. Rondjevoorjehondje takes care of the first cleaning, if necessary, but is not liable in the event of a possible "dirty" dog.
12. Rondjevoorjehondje expects the dog to have a proper identification in the form of a chip, tattoo. A name tag with the name of the dog and the telephone number and name of Rondjevoorjehondje is mandatory.
